The app has no accounts; a verified request covers this data tied to the support ID:

  • The device record and push token
  • Support requests and replies
  • Question suggestions (an approved question stays in the question list without any link to you)
  • Usage statistics tied to your device

Data kept and retention periods

Your email, device ID and request notes are processed while the request is open and automatically cleared from the active request system 30 days after it is closed.
Anonymous statistics
Aggregate statistics that cannot be linked to you may be kept without a deletion deadline.
Store and payment records
Google Play, the App Store and payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies. These records and retention periods are controlled by the provider.

If you have a subscription

An account deletion request does not automatically cancel your store subscription. Manage it separately in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Cancelling a subscription is not required to submit a request.
