What data is deleted?
Where present in your app, verified account deletion covers:
- Account profile, username, email and linked sign-in identities
- Device identifier, notification token and account preferences
- Account-linked game progress, scores, saved records and social connections
- Support, activity and usage data associated with the account
Data kept and retention periods
- Contact details for this request
- Your email, device ID and request notes are processed while the request is open and automatically cleared from the active request system 30 days after it is closed.
- Anonymous statistics
- Aggregate statistics that cannot be linked to you may be kept without a deletion deadline.
- Store and payment records
- Google Play, the App Store and payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies. These records and retention periods are controlled by the provider.
If a record must be retained for a legal or security reason, our response explains the data type, reason and additional retention period. Review the app’s privacy policy for app-specific details.
If you have a subscription
An account deletion request does not automatically cancel your store subscription. Manage it separately in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Cancelling a subscription is not required to submit a request.
