Truth or Dare Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Truth or Dare game for mobile devices (“TD: Truth or Dare” on the App Store and Google Play, called “DC: Doğruluk mu Cesaretlik mi?” in Turkish), together with any related services operated by Bedirhan Samsa & Kazım İhtiyar (Kreative Center) (collectively, the “Application”). Bedirhan Samsa & Kazım İhtiyar are hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You should read them carefully before using the Application. If you downloaded the Application from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
License to use the Application
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except as and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, artwork, questions, dares, party cards and game modes, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding (the “IP”). Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use the Service Provider's trademarks, logos, or branding for any purpose. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed in or on the Application.
Adult Content and Dares
Some modes, questions and cards are for adults only: the +18 and Purge Night modes, +18 questions and the +18 level of party cards. The Application shows them only after you confirm that you are 18 or older. Do not confirm if you are under 18, and play adult content only with adults who have agreed to it.
Questions and dares are suggestions for a game among friends. Every player decides for themselves what they answer and what they do, and can always skip a question or a dare. Never do a dare that could hurt you or others, damage property, break the law, or that someone does not want to take part in. Respect the privacy of other players: do not photograph, record or share anyone without their consent. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not responsible for what players choose to do during a game.
Premium and Purchases
The Application is free to play, shows ads in its free version and offers optional in-app purchases (“Premium” and “Ad-Free”). Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and the price is shown in the Application and in the store before you buy. Purchases are verified through RevenueCat.
- What Premium includes: no ads, every game mode (Love, +18, Friends, Family, Custom Questions and Purge Night), +18 questions, surprise tasks, questions you write yourself, any game length, groups of up to 50 players and every level of party cards, as described on the purchase screen. Without Premium you can play Classic mode with up to 6 players and the Warm-up level of party cards, and you see ads.
- Premium subscriptions (such as Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Premium, as offered on the purchase screen) renew automatically. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown in the store unless you cancel it before the end of the current period (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before). You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Free trials: if a plan offers a free trial, its length and the price after it are shown before you confirm. Unless you cancel before the trial ends (on the App Store, at least 24 hours before), the paid subscription starts automatically.
- Ad-Free is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: it removes ads and does not unlock Premium features. You pay once and keep it without further charges for as long as the Application is offered (see Updates and Availability).
- Codes: promo codes from the Service Provider and offer codes from the App Store or Google Play can be redeemed in Settings. A code unlocks what is stated with it, for the stated period, and has no cash value.
- Restoring purchases: Premium and Ad-Free are linked to the App Store or Google Play account you bought them with, not to the Application's data on your device. On a new device or after reinstalling the Application, tap Restore Purchases on the purchase screen or in Settings while signed in to the same store account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; the Service Provider cannot issue refunds for store purchases directly. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, you agree that Premium and Ad-Free are digital content delivered immediately after purchase and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins, as far as the law allows.
- Changes to content: the Service Provider may add, update or remove questions, dares, party cards and modes, and may change what the free version includes, as well as offers and prices. What you have already bought stays yours: Premium keeps unlocking every mode and Premium feature the Application offers until the end of the paid period, and Ad-Free keeps removing ads for as long as the Application is offered. Price changes to an active subscription follow the rules of the App Store or Google Play, which inform you before they apply.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Termination
The Service Provider may suspend your access to the Application or its online services if you materially breach these Terms. Because the Application has no accounts, the Service Provider will notify you of the breach on the suspension screen or, if you have contacted the Service Provider, in its reply to you. Where the breach is capable of cure, you will have 14 days from that notice to remedy the breach. If you fail to cure the breach within that period, the Service Provider may terminate your access.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access immediately without prior notice if you violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, abuse the support service or question suggestions, manipulate purchases, or engage in activity that could cause harm to other users or the Service Provider. Access is suspended per device: the Application then shows an “Account suspended” screen with the reason, where one is given, and a button to contact the Service Provider with your support ID, and cannot be used while the suspension lasts. A suspension does not cancel a subscription; you can cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will end and you must delete all copies from your devices.
By accessing and using this Application, you represent that you are legally permitted to use it in your jurisdiction. If you are under 16 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf and approve any purchases.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application (including its questions, dares and party cards), or the Service Provider's trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code, questions or cards of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Question Suggestions
With Suggest a Question you can send the Service Provider questions and dares for the Application. You confirm that you wrote a suggestion yourself, or may share it, and that it follows the guidelines below. By sending a suggestion you grant the Service Provider a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual and irrevocable license to use, edit, translate, publish and distribute it in the Application and related services, without credit or payment. The Service Provider reviews every suggestion and decides whether to publish it; an approved question appears without your name or device ID.
Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines
The Application has no chat, no profiles and no content shared between players other than approved question suggestions. The player names you type, your custom questions and your answers stay on your device. The only text you send to the Service Provider through the Application is your support requests (Settings → Contact support) and your question suggestions. These rules, which the Application calls its community guidelines, apply to your support requests, your suggestions, your emails and your use of the online services. You agree not to send support requests, suggestions or messages that:
- Are illegal or violate third-party intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patents)
- Are abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or hate speech
- Contain discrimination or incitement to violence, self-harm or illegal activity
- Contain advertising, spam, or personal data such as names, phone numbers or addresses of real people without their consent
- Are misleading or false, or impersonate another person
- Contain explicit violence, or sexual content involving minors in any form; sexual content that is not explicit belongs only in +18 suggestions
- Are sent automatically or in bulk, or are otherwise meant to disrupt the support service or the review of suggestions
You also agree not to manipulate purchases (for example with fake, altered or reused purchase receipts), not to generate fake ad clicks or other invalid ad traffic, not to circumvent the Application's integrity checks, the 18+ confirmation or Premium restrictions, and not to interfere with the Service Provider's servers. The Service Provider reserves the right to:
- Reject, close, leave unanswered or delete support requests and suggestions that violate these guidelines
- Suspend a device's access to the Application for abuse of the support service or question suggestions, manipulation of purchases or repeated violations of these guidelines
- Cooperate with law enforcement if illegal content is reported
- Moderate or filter content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the guidelines set out above
If you believe that content in the Application, such as a question, a dare, a party card or an announcement, is unlawful or infringes your rights, you may report it to the Service Provider at info@kreative.center. The report should include the content, where you saw it (for example the mode, the level and the language) and enough information for the Service Provider to evaluate the complaint and contact you if follow-up is required.
The Service Provider may review reported content, request additional information where necessary, and remove or change content. If your device has been suspended or you disagree with another decision under these guidelines, you may contact the Service Provider at info@kreative.center to request further review; please include the support ID shown in Settings. The Service Provider will respond to appeals within a reasonable period and provide the reasons for any upheld decision, subject to applicable law.
Support requests and suggestions may include personal data. Their processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and, for residents of Türkiye, the KVKK notice. Do not send the personal data of others without their consent.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as enjoyable and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application processes the personal data described in the Privacy Policy in order to provide the Service; your players, games, custom questions and settings stay on your device. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your mobile device and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your mobile device, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your device to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your device's security features, and may result in the Application or its online features (such as question updates, purchases and support) not functioning correctly or at all.
Third Party Services
The free version of the Application shows ads served by Google AdMob, including ads for third-party products, apps and websites. The Service Provider does not endorse the advertised products and is not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the websites and apps you open from an ad. Ads are limited to content suitable for teens. How ad data is processed and the choices you have are described in the Privacy Policy. Premium and Ad-Free remove all ads.
The Application can be played offline, because its questions are included in the Application. Question updates, party cards, ads, purchases and restoring them, codes, support requests, question suggestions and notifications require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage, or other third-party charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside of your home territory without disabling data roaming. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the Application, it is assumed that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the Application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
However, the Service Provider retains full liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Service Provider for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Application and its in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount that must be paid under applicable law, whichever is greater.
The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on third-party information provided through this Application, or for inaccuracies in content provided by third parties.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or directly related to your breach of these Terms or your intentional misuse of the Application, including support requests and question suggestions you send in violation of these Terms.
This indemnification does not apply to claims arising from the Service Provider's own negligence, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law. In jurisdictions where consumer indemnification is restricted by law, this clause shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Updates and Availability
The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. The requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems the Application is extended to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the operating system version installed on your device. You should accept updates when offered; if you choose not to, older versions may lose online features such as question updates, purchases or support, or may ask you to update before you can continue. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application or its online services and may terminate its use at any time. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict of law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have to bring a claim in a court that is competent under mandatory law.
DSA Compliance (Digital Services Act)
If the Application is an intermediary service as defined under the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, “DSA”), the following provisions apply in addition to the terms above.
Point of Contact: The Service Provider maintains a single point of contact for direct communication with EU authorities and recipients of the service, reachable at info@kreative.center. Where the Service Provider is established outside the European Union, a legal representative in the EU has been designated in accordance with Article 13 of the DSA.
Content Moderation and Statement of Reasons: When the Service Provider suspends a device's access, rejects or removes a question suggestion, restricts access to content, or otherwise limits the availability of the Application's features, a clear and specific statement of reasons will be provided to the affected user, on the suspension screen, in the suggestion's status or on request at info@kreative.center. The statement will include the nature of the restriction, the legal or contractual basis for the decision, and information on available redress mechanisms, in accordance with Article 17 of the DSA.
Notice and Action: Users and third parties may submit notices of allegedly illegal content through the contact details provided in these Terms. The Service Provider will process notices promptly, diligently, and without automated decision-making where the circumstances require human review. Notices will be acknowledged electronically and a decision communicated without undue delay, in accordance with Article 16 of the DSA.
Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement: Disputes regarding moderation decisions, including decisions to restrict content or suspend a device's access, may be submitted to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified in accordance with Article 21 of the DSA. The Service Provider will engage with such bodies in good faith. Use of out-of-court dispute settlement does not affect your right to seek judicial remedy under applicable law.
Transparency Reporting: The Service Provider publishes periodic transparency reports covering content moderation activities, including the volume of notices received, actions taken, and automated means used, in accordance with Article 24 of the DSA. Reports are made available upon request at info@kreative.center.
These DSA provisions apply to the extent that the Application qualifies as an intermediary service under the DSA and does not replace or limit any rights or obligations under applicable consumer protection or data protection law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and, for App Store downloads, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider concerning your use of the Application, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, including earlier versions of these terms published elsewhere.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page, and of important changes in the Application.
Previous versions of these Terms and Conditions will be maintained and made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider at info@kreative.center.
These terms and conditions are effective as of 2026-10-22.
